Technicien support IT Event (F/H) - Paris Dans le cadre du développement de notre offre VIP, nous recherchons des Techniciens Support IT Event (F/H) capables d'intervenir au cœur des événements VIP, showrooms et présentations internes/externes, afin de garantir une expérience technologique fluide, sécurisée et sans faille. Votre rôle : préparation, installation, exploitation et support technique en temps réel lors d'événements haut de gamme, où excellence et réactivité sont essentielles. Vos missions : Préparation & installation Préparer et configurer le matériel IT : postes, écrans, projecteurs, équipements audio-visuels, bornes Wi‑Fi, systèmes de sonorisation… Installer et câbler les infrastructures techniques pour les événements premium. Configurer les systèmes : réseaux, hardware, logiciels, périphériques. Support en événement Assurer un support IT de proximité pendant toute la durée des événements. Diagnostiquer et résoudre rapidement incidents et pannes (réseau, hardware, AV). Gérer les imprévus techniques avec calme, efficacité et professionnalisme. Pilotage & coordination Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes organisatrices pour une logistique fluide. Mettre en place les procédures dédiées à chaque événement/showroom. Gestion des solutions collaboratives Administration de Zoom : Création de salles, attribution de licences, paramétrage des salles de réunion & équipements dédiés, Configuration des sauvegardes Cloud Préparation et gestion des réunions Zoom/Teams : montage des salles, gestion via console, génération des codes d'activation. Gestion du parc & outils IT Gestion de la flotte smartphones et tablettes. Préparation, installation et dépannage des postes de travail. Administration Active Directory : création, modification, réactivation des comptes. Installation des imprimantes Zebra + formation sur l'interface Launchmetrics. Suivi et gestion des stocks matériels et logiciels. Showrooms & projets événementiels Étude des besoins techniques (réseau, hardware) pour toute la durée des showrooms. Implémentation réseau en coordination avec les équipes dédiées selon la configuration du lieu. Tests complets en amont pour garantir performance, stabilité et sécurité.

IT Support Engineer Our Client is an established bank based in Central London. They are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst with at least 5 plus years hands-on expertise of working within IT Support and Infrastructure. The following are list of skills required for the position: · Microsoft Windows (all versions) experience to a high level (troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues by research/using knowledge bases in a confident way). · Active Directory to a high level - security groups, administration/deployment, LDAP, ADSI. · Citrix XenApps – Administration, Maintenance and Support of existing Citrix XenApps server farm · Windows Server Environment 2012/2016 - design, deployment, maintenance and support. · VM-Ware virtualisation environments. · Backups (various and ability to use different applications). · Networking - design/troubleshoot/installation (VLAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP and OSI) · Router maintenance - wireless configuration, installation and setups. · PowerShell to a competent level (backup/azure/EMC). · VPN Administration and Deployment. · DNS – administration of DNS internal and external. The salary for this position with be circa £45K - £55K. This is a hybrid position and you will be required to be in the office at least 3 days a week. BeyondTrust SME (Privileged Access Management) 6 months Location: Manchester and Inverness | 5 days onsite £550 inside IR35 We are seeking two experienced BeyondTrust SMEs to support the transition and ongoing operation of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) service. The successful candidates will provide hands-on administration, support, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer activities across the BeyondTrust platform, working closely with customer SMEs and operational teams. They will play a key role in ensuring secure management of privileged access, supporting integrations with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, and assisting with the transfer of service knowledge into the run organisation. Key Responsibilities 🔷 Provide hands-on administration and support for the BeyondTrust platform, including Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities. 🔷 Support knowledge transfer sessions and documentation review during transition activities. 🔷 Manage and maintain privileged access policies, user access controls, and security configurations. 🔷 Work with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID to support authentication, authorisation, group management, and role-based access controls. 🔷 Configure and maintain integrations between BeyondTrust and identity services including SAML, MFA, and directory services. 🔷 Support troubleshooting and resolution of operational incidents, service requests, and platform issues. 🔷 Assist with onboarding and offboarding privileged users and privileged accounts. 🔷 Support policy management and Group Policy-related configurations that interact with BeyondTrust services. 🔷 Participate in hypercare activities and provide operational support during service stabilisation. 🔷 Produce and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge articles. 🔷 Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service management teams to ensure service continuity and compliance. Essential Skills & Experience 2-3+ years hands-on experience supporting and administering BeyondTrust. Good understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and best practices. Experience with: BeyondTrust Password Safe BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access (PRA) BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) Strong Active Directory administration experience. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Active Directory Group Policy administration and troubleshooting. Knowledge of: SAML authentication Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Experience supporting production services in a secure enterprise environment. Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. Desirable Skills Experience working in financial services or highly regulated environments. Exposure to service transition, KT, and hypercare activities. Understanding of ITIL processes and operational support models. Experience working within secure or restricted-access environments.
