Objectifs Communication interne Déployer et optimiser les outils digitaux afin de renforcer la cohésion interne, la fluidité des échanges et l’efficacité opérationnelle. Dans le cadre d’un projet de transformation majeur lié au changement de système ERP, nous recherchons un PMO / Chef de projet / Directeur de projet disposant d’une solide expérience sur l’ERP IFS. La mission consiste à accompagner le pilotage global du programme de transformation, en coordination avec les équipes internes et l’intégrateur déjà en place. Le consultant interviendra sur la gouvernance projet, la structuration et le suivi du planning, la gestion des risques et des dépendances, ainsi que le pilotage des comités projet et comités de direction. Il jouera un rôle clé dans la coordination des différents streams (métier, IT, intégrateur), le suivi des livrables, la qualité des jalons et la sécurisation de la trajectoire projet jusqu’au déploiement. Technical IT Project Manager Our Client is looking to recruit a Technical IT Project Manager who will be responsible for a set of projects (investments including the systems and organization change management within the business community – internally and with external business partners). This role is for the management of projects with significant IT infrastructure and systems work content. Work with Systems Analysts and Business Process Champions to clarify project objectives and constraints.
