We are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst to support a large-scale SAP transformation program in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

Start date: ASAP

Onsite presence required 2–3 days per week (flexible)

Role & Context

Act as Business Analyst on a SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration program
Strong functional analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Work on integration of S/4HANA with PLM, MES, Kinaxis and related solutions
SAP rollout

Candidate profile

Required Experience

20+ years of experience as a SAP Business Analyst
Strong background in SAP MM and PP within manufacturing environments
Good understanding and SAP PM experience is a plus
Solid understanding of ECC to S/4HANA migration projects
Excellent communication abilities
Proven experience working in international EMEA environments
Experience collaborating with teams in China, the US, Japan, and Europe
Strong cultural awareness and ability to adapt to different ways of working
