Business Analyst Responsibilities:

  Analysing existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

Business Analyst Requirements:

• 
  
  

  2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst (or similar)

  
  
  





• 
  
  

  Strong track record delivering business change projects across people, process, and technology

  
  
  





• 
  
  

  Skilled in elicitation, analysis, and documentation techniques

  
  
  





• 
  
  

  Experience working through the full project lifecycle on initiatives of varying size and complexity

  Familiarity with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile approaches
