Contractor job Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to support the Senior PM on the migration workstream on a programme they're working on.


This role would require the candidate to work at least 3 days a week onsite in Edinburgh on a 3/6 month contract initially, working Inside


IR35.


This role is required to provide Workstream Lead support in a dynamic and challenging workstream. This will include (but is not limited to):


• Establishment and management of an ADO board to assist identification and day to day tracking of team activities
• Establishment and management of a Data Mapping backlog capturing items which require clarification from data mapping sessions, assigning priority, ownerships and timelines, capturing progress updates and managing through to completion
• Assist the development of key migration artefacts including but not limited to 6-month plans and associated RAID, the Migration Approach and Migration Strategy
• Support of workstream forums (Working Group and RAID forum) through development of packs and capturing and managing actions and decisions
• Assist co-ordination with Delivery partners especially in line with the areas of ownership above
• Assist pre-implementation planning and involvement in the Command-and-Control structure as part of the migration event/events
