IS project leader - 12 months - Brussels Our important client is currently looking for an IS project leader for a 12-month contract in Brussels. Hybrid role with 2 days per week at the office required. Missions: You become part of a team of 5 project leaders. This team is part of a recent and dynamic team of about 160 analysts, architects, developers, SDMs, service coordinators, PL’s,…. You structure idea’s into realization plans. You formulate a planning and a business case together with the business. You structure the project and follow-up all aspects. You take responsibility from the GDPR assessment to the Steerco. You ensure all different IT parties collaborate and deliver. You take responsibility for every IT aspect and bridge the gap to business. On some projects you will have a business PL, on others you will take up that role as well. You assist the team and business to create more internal structure (portfolio, resource forecasting,…). You work in the existing waterscrum methodology and help us improve it. Lines of Communication You will be in contact with the CIO, the infrastructure teams, the business divisions and supporting teams, the architects, analysts, developers, external suppliers, SDMs, the CISO and the DPO. Contexte : L’entreprise recherche un chef de projet technique pour piloter un projet de migration d’une plateforme ERP Finance (Europe et Afrique). Le projet consiste à remplacer le matériel IBM P-series/AIX et à transférer les machines virtuelles (VMs) depuis un datacenter existant vers un nouveau datacenter. Objectif du projet : Remplacement de l’infrastructure matérielle actuelle. Migration des VMs vers de nouveaux serveurs installés dans un autre datacenter. Gestion du changement d’adressage IP, principale complexité du projet. Coordination entre les équipes infrastructure et SAP (quelques tests fonctionnels seront nécessaires, sans montée de version ni correctifs). Responsabilités principales : Piloter le projet de bout en bout (planning, budget, livrables, risques, communication). Coordonner une équipe mixte onshore/offshore (ressources internes et externes basées en Inde et en région parisienne). Assurer la communication avec les sponsors internationaux (basés notamment à Singapour). Suivre l’avancement technique avec les équipes infrastructure et garantir la continuité du service ERP. Planifier et superviser les tests fonctionnels nécessaires à la migration. Profil recherché : Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets techniques d’infrastructure . Compétence en coordination d’équipes internationales (onshore / offshore). Connaissance de l’environnement ERP ou SAP appréciée (mais non indispensable). Excellentes capacités de communication et de reporting. Anglais courant (oral et écrit) requis. Conditions de la mission : Démarrage : ASAP . Durée : 6 à 8 mois . Localisation : Gentilly (94) , avec 2 à 3 jours de présence sur site par semaine . (Une flexibilité est possible pour un profil basé à Lyon.)
