Piloter et contrôler les consommations at approvisionnement Définir les plans de maintenance des équipements (chauffage, climatisation, ventilation…) Être force de proposition sur des pistes d’amélioration et de d’économie Management des services généraux Gestion l’équipe services généraux du site Maintenance de l’hygiène, la sécurité, l’environnement et le respect des règlementations et des normes Maintenance des infrastructures et supervision de l’activité des prestataires Planification des interventions d’installation, d’aménagement, de déménagement Gestion de l’utilisation et de la sécurité Assurer la gestion d’un parc automobile ou informatique (ordinateurs et téléphones de fonction…) Garantir l’approvisionnement et les stocks nécessaires pour les collaborateurs sur chaque site Effectuer une veille réglementaire et technologique Contrôler les habilitations des collaborateurs et leurs droits d’accès Programmer les opérations de sécurité (exercices d’évacuation, alarme incendie…) Conseiller la Direction sur les actions préventives HSE

Migration Set-up Set-up Refresh Clinic Move the required quantity of devices as instructed by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager from the onsite storage location to the Refresh Clinic location Login to any system as required via device(s) provided by the contractor's engineer and Site Manager and under their instructions Refresh Laptops Correctly update the Contractor's workflow management system at all relevant steps Seek guidance as required from the Post Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager Assist in conducting manual stock checks daily and report findings to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager Assist in securing the devices in the onsite storage location at the end of each day. SC Clearance required Locations are Catterick, High Wycombe, Hereford and Fareham Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
