Le rôle couvre la conception et l’évolution des OS et conteneurs, l’automatisation de leurs déploiements, ainsi que la gestion des environnements systèmes on-premises et Cloud (AWS). Missions Apporter une expertise technique de haut niveau et intervenir en dernier recours pour les escalades. Concevoir, maintenir et faire évoluer les socles technologiques en cohérence avec la roadmap du service. Standardiser, automatiser et industrialiser les déploiements via des « factories » (OS Factory, Container Factory). Déléguer les actions opérationnelles non expertes aux équipes internes ou externes appropriées. Concevoir et maintenir les GPO serveurs selon les besoins applicatifs. Documenter et mettre à jour l’ensemble des procédures, guidelines et référentiels techniques. Identifier des axes d’optimisation dans les factories et définir les besoins techniques associés. Promouvoir l’automatisation (CI/CD, IaC, scripting) dans la conception et l’intégration des services. Profil recherché Formation & expérience : Bac+5 en informatique ou équivalent. 5+ ans d’expérience en construction, intégration et déploiement d’infrastructures systèmes/réseaux dans des environnements Cloud ou hybrides. Forte capacité d’adaptation et travail en équipe. Compétences techniques : Expertise Windows Server et administration des OS. Maîtrise Python, Shell, PowerShell, Ansible. Automatisation & DevOps : GitLab CI/CD, Packer, Vault, RHAAP. Gestion Active Directory & GPO. Très bonne connaissance d’AWS (EC2/ECS, AMIs) et VMware (Templates/OVA). Sécurité Windows (CIS benchmarks). Bases solides en réseaux. Anglais professionnel écrit et oral. Compétences générales : Forte orientation client et capacité à adapter les solutions aux besoins. Aptitude à apprendre rapidement et à intégrer de nouvelles technologies. Capacité à traduire les besoins métiers en solutions techniques. Gestion des risques et participation aux projets.
