Assurance Lead Inside IR35 Southampton 1-2 times per month SC Cleared This role requires cross-discipline knowledge of information systems, with the ability to both work at a strategic level and engage at a technical level, with stakeholders and developers. The role requires extensive cross-Enterprise engagement both internal and external, and as such requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. The assurance position covers the full spectrum of ensuring the compliance of the information systems infrastructure services, including requirements analysis; full-systems lifecycle assurance; cyber security assurance; planning; and documenting. The Engineer will be responsible for the creation of the Service and/or the Security Assurance Arguments; and support the development of the evidence to substantiate the arguments within the Case Reports. Due to the nature of the role and timescales involved, candidates will need to have a current (or recently lapsed, not expired) SC clearance. Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain assurance documentation related to assurance planning; requirements and evidence item mapping; and Service and Security assurance case reports. · Liaise with end client and delivery Teams to ensure that assurance requirements are captured, agreed and met throughout concept, design/development, production, in-service/utilisation, support and retirement. · Maintain regular, continuous contact with all stakeholders to ensure that compliance responsibilities are clearly understood and appropriate actions are carried out in good time.
