Job Title: PMO Coordinator Location: Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Circa £35,000 What you'll be doing: Responsible for ensuring the Project Management Office (PMO) day to day administrative duties are managed within the Project & Programme (P&P) team. Manage the scheduling and agenda setting of the weekly & monthly reviews, maintenance of the approval matrix and the review SharePoint intranet sites. Facilitation of these reviews inclusive of action and decision tracking. Responsible for assuring Project Business Case Approval packs, feeding back to PMs if required, and progressing to the appropriate approval route Provide Major Project Performance Review (MPPR) project pack assurance, create the MPPR meeting pack/dashboard. Support with Partner PMO engagements, focusing on P&P performance, financial positioning and resource alignment Support the distribution of the relief note to EIT PMs upon receipt from DXC, manage ongoing tracking until relief note outcome has been received and issue weekly relief note status reports Provide support and approval where necessary for SharePoint queries and actions Support with the IT On-Boarding of new starters Your skills and experiences: Essential: Good Administration and Excel experience SharePoint experience Already hold or be willing to gain Project Management Qualification such as the APM PMQ Qualification Desirable: Previous experience within a PMO role Good understanding of one or more PM&C tools techniques and practices. The Enterprise IT PMO team: This role has responsibility for supporting the successful operation of the Programme & Project (P&P) Project Management Office (PMO). Providing central support within the PMO team, carrying out administration duties critical to the day to day operations. PMO Infrastructure / Coordination de l'obsolescence et pilotage par les KPI Au sein du département Production Record Keeping, le Service Delivery Management (SDM) constitue le centre de coordination principal reliant les équipes Opérations, Ingénierie et ITSM autour de trois axes majeurs : Gestion des actifs, de l'obsolescence et des vulnérabilités – Maintenir une vue à jour et traçable de chaque actif en production, évaluer en continu les risques d'obsolescence, et s'assurer que des plans d'action concrets, assortis d'échéances, sont définis et suivis. Gouvernance des incidents / problèmes / changements pilotée par les indicateurs (KPI) – Définir, collecter et analyser les indicateurs de performance les plus pertinents pour la qualité de service ; générer automatiquement des alertes en cas de dépassement de seuils ; piloter la création et la mise en œuvre de plans correctifs avec les responsables concernés. Suivi centré sur les parties prenantes – Mettre en place un processus de coordination structuré et transparent (réunions hebdomadaires, comités de pilotage) afin que chaque risque, problème ou changement soit attribué, suivi et clôturé. Tous les échanges se font en anglais.
