Responsabilités principales : Recueil et analyse des besoins utilisateurs et parties prenantes. Communication des évolutions produit aux équipes internes et externes. Gestion du delivery et suivi de la roadmap en coordination avec les autres PMs. Maintien et amélioration de la méthodologie SCRUM . Pilotage de projets transverses et coordination opérationnelle. Gestion de la communication projet (MEP, incidents, organisation, réussites). Réalisation de la recette et des tests fonctionnels. Participation aux rituels d’équipe et à l’amélioration continue. Pilotage du périmètre selon la Vision Produit et les KPIs. Analyse de l’impact des fonctionnalités livrées.
