Key Responsibilities: * Define and implement scalable data architecture leveraging Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, and Snowflake. * Design logical and physical data models to support business requirements and analytics needs. * Develop and maintain data pipelines using ADF for ingestion, transformation, and loading from diverse sources. * Optimize ETL processes for performance and cost efficiency. * Lead migration projects from Ab-Initio to modern cloud platforms (Azure + Snowflake). * Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance during migration. * Write and tune SQL queries, stored procedures, and implement best practices for query performance. * Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver solutions. * Implement data governance, security, and lineage practices using Azure tools. * Explore and integrate emerging technologies like Azure Databricks, Python, and orchestration frameworks for advanced analytics. * Able to take key decisions with respect to technology landscape in data technologies weighing risk versus reward Key Skills & Experience: * Cloud & Data Platforms: Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake. * Database & Querying: SQL Server, PL/SQL, T-SQL. * ETL Tools: Ab-Initio (migration experience), Informatica (optional). * Programming: Python, PySpark (preferred). * Other: CI/CD with Azure DevOps, Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake schema), Metadata management. * String analytical, Problem-solving and communication skills. Descriptif du poste En tant que Développeur DataStage, la mission consiste à intégrer les équipes projet du programme de migration vers la nouvelle solution DataFactory, et à contribuer activement à la migration de la solution actuelle vers cette nouvelle plateforme. Ce projet a pour objectif de remplacer la solution actuellement utilisée pour le stockage et le traitement des données comptables et de performance, la plateforme actuelle devant être décommissionnée d'ici 2025. Dans le cadre de la stratégie Data, il a été décidé d'adopter la solution DataFactory, actuellement développée par les équipes IT/ADM. La mission s'inscrit dans un environnement technique large : Technologies actuelles : Spark (Java), Ab Initio, Oozie, MapR… Technologies cibles : DataStage (bientôt NG), PostgreSQL Dans ce contexte, la mission inclut des activités de développement sous IBM DataStage et SQL, ainsi que des tâches d'analyse et d'expertise liées à l'adaptation technologique de la solution. Vous rejoindrez une équipe d'une dizaine de personnes (chef de projet, business analysts, développeurs, scrum master, architectes…) réparties entre Pantin, Lisbonne et Chennai. Responsabilités principales Analyse, développement, tests et intégration sur les technologies du périmètre. Application des bonnes pratiques technologiques et méthodologiques définies. Acquisition d'une expertise fonctionnelle et/ou technique sur les composants clés du portefeuille applicatif. Maintenance et support niveau 3 des applications concernées. Participer au cycle complet de développement (analyse, développement, tests, déploiement) — principalement sur IBM DataStage et SQL. Contribuer à la définition des solutions techniques.
