As a senior network engineer you would be expected to have a good working knowledge of the following network technologies: Cisco ASA Palo Alto Firewalls Big IP (F5) Network Protocols Cisco Switching, Routing, Security and wireless technologies Knowledge of Virtual Environments and virtual network solutions, (i.e. VMWare, Azure) Oversee IT operations that protect millions A natural-born leader, you’ll help develop a team of engineers – from setting direction, to coaching individuals, and driving high performance. Secure Innovation is part of CGI’s Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit, focused primarily on the delivery of contemporary and innovative technical solutions for the our client's most challenging problems. Our teams work alongside our clients to help them understand how to exploit technologies to maintain a competitive advantage. We are looking for a hands on Senior Network Engineer to help our team design and deploy a next generation hybrid and multi cloud Wide Area Network, with a blend of physical and virtual appliances, alongside first party Public Cloud services. The enabling technology is predominantly Cisco SD WAN with automation enabled through the Day 0 deployment and the Cisco SD WAN Manager's API service We are heavily committed to developing our members and will provide excellent learning and development opportunities to ensure that your knowledge and skills keep pace with the evolving technology landscape.
