Nous recherchons un.e Chef.fe de projet Technique Senior dont la mission consiste à assurer la coordination technique et organisationnelle dans un environnement complexe, en lien avec les équipes métiers, les équipes techniques internes et les partenaires infogérés. Pour ceci, vos missions sont les suivantes : - Pilotage et coordination des équipes techniques et métiers : suivi des actions, relances, reporting régulier auprès des directions et des parties prenantes. - Gestion de projets techniques transverses : garantir la cohérence des évolutions et des mises en production dans le respect des normes et des processus établis. - Facilitation et conseil : agir comme point de contact entre les partenaires infogérés et les équipes internes, résoudre les blocages techniques et organisationnels. - Sécurité et conformité : être le garant du processus pour la mise en oeuvre des accès externes au SI pour des sociétés tierces et partenaires, en respectant les normes de sécurité informatique. - Analyse et rédaction : traduire les besoins utilisateurs en spécifications techniques claires et précises, rédiger les documents nécessaires pour les comités et les validations. - Préconisations techniques : proposer des choix techniques pertinents en s'appuyant sur les sachants internes, afin d'assurer la cohérence globale du SI. - Animation des instances : organiser et suivre les comités de pilotage avec les directions de l'entreprise et les partenaires, préparer les supports et assurer le reporting. De formation supérieure en IT, vous disposez d'une expérience avérée d'au moins 8 ans en tant que Chef de projet technique senior, spécialisé en coordination multi-équipes et sécurité des systèmes d'information. Vous devrez être capable de piloter des projets techniques transverses dans un environnement complexe, en assurant la cohérence des évolutions du SI et la conformité aux normes de sécurité. Vous possédez une solide expérience en administration systèmes et réseaux, une bonne maîtrise des technologies de virtualisation, et une compréhension globale des architectures SI. Ce rôle implique une forte dimension relationnelle et organisationnelle, avec des interactions régulières avec les équipes métiers, les experts techniques et les partenaires infogérés. Vous avez des compétences techniques indispensables sur les environnements suivants : - Sécurité informatique : Maîtrise des normes et procédures (ISO 27001, bonnes pratiques ITIL). - Administration systèmes et réseaux : Windows/Linux, protocoles réseau, supervision. - Virtualisation : VMware, Hyper-V. - Architecture SI : Bonne compréhension des environnements complexes et des applications déployées. - Rédaction technique : Capacité à traduire les besoins métiers en spécifications techniques claires. - Pilotage et coordination : Gestion de projets techniques transverses, suivi des actions, reporting.
