Our large client in Switzerland is now looking for an experienced Azure Migration Project Manager (German speaking) to lead a complex tenant-to-tenant migration program in a multi-entity environment. You will be responsible for a 2000+ digital workplaces delivery of a large-scale Azure tenant migration from a standalone company environment into a Holding-wide Azure tenant. Work Location Baden / Luzern area. Start ASAP Duration Initial 6-month contract, with extension Workload 80%–100%, depending on project phase and status Working Time 40 hours/week at 100% Work Arrangement Working hours by agreement with the project On-site presence in Central Switzerland Home office possible up to 40% Key Responsibilities Lead the analysis, planning, and execution of the Microsoft Azure tenant migration from the company tenant to the Holding tenant, in close collaboration with internal project leadership and enterprise architecture. Identify required migration steps, technical dependencies, and cost drivers to migrate approximately 2,000 digital workplaces across more than 60 locations, as well as associated server applications. Conduct a high-level analysis of infrastructure, applications, and client/server dependencies together with company stakeholders. Define the target-state architecture jointly with enterprise architecture and the Holding. Translate analysis and target-state definition into concrete configurations and migration steps, working closely with the Holding’s project leadership.
