Surveiller la sécurité réseau : firewall, antivirus, correctifs de sécurité Documenter l’architecture réseau HLD et LLD , les procédures et mises à jour Assurer le support technique de niveau 2 ou 3 pour les incidents complexes Automatiser les processus de déploiement et d’exploitation Définir et appliquer les politiques de sécurité réseau (pare-feu, détection d'intrusion, règles d'accès…)

Vous contribuez à la conception (BUILD) de la solution SDWAN Fortinet (Software Defined Wide Area Network) Vos principales missions seront les suivantes : Participation aux travaux d'élaboration des services SDWAN, en relation avec le marketing produit. Suivi des évolutions technologiques afin d’imaginer de nouveaux services ou des évolutions, en lien avec les équipes marketing. Conception d'architecture technique des services. Définition et validation des règles d’ingénierie des équipements. Mise en œuvre de maquettes de test, réalisation des tests, rédaction de rapport de test. Assurer la relation avec le constructeur Fortinet, en échangeant avec le support et les équipes d'ingénierie, et en proposant des améliorations du produit. Conception et rédaction des guides de configuration des équipements. Support auprès des équipes IT en charge de l'industrialisation. Interactions régulières avec les parties prenantes (équipes métier, exploitants, fournisseur Fortinet …). Support et formation des équipes avant-vente (THINK) et opérationnelles (RUN). Etude des offres sur-mesure. Formation et accompagnement des nouveaux entrants sur l'activité. Le poste est localisé à Rennes.
