Key Responsibilities: * Review AWS Infrastructure components design & usage and implement enhancements. * Design and implement an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) engine using AWS EMR (Elastic MapReduce) for efficient data processing. * Design, review and Implement reporting solutions integrating Tableau with AWS services for seamless data visualization. * Design and implement containerized UI applications (Front end & back end) with microservices Architecture on Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service). * Experience in Infrastructure as code, scripting (Python/Bash), Helm charts, Docker, Kubernetes * Experience is reviewing and implementing cloud security best practices. * Integrate and optimize supporting AWS services to create a cohesive, performant application ecosystem. * Ensure the overall architecture meets performance, scalability, and security requirements. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle. * Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the architecture to enhance performance and reduce costs. * Automate deployment processes and workflows using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins. * Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. * Develop and enforce best practices for security, compliance, and cost management in cloud environments. * Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines , DevOps tools and practices to improve software delivery. * Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, providing technical support and guidance. L’organisation fonctionne en mode agile et s’appuie sur des équipes Engineering, Operations, Security, Network et Workplace. Deux plateformes technologiques sont au cœur des opérations : une plateforme CI/CD et Infrastructure-as-Code , une plateforme d’observabilité (logs, metrics, traces). Objectifs de la mission Documenter les opérations et processus existants via interviews & workshops. Construire des templates, standards et bonnes pratiques documentation. Aligner la documentation avec les besoins d’onboarding, conformité et continuité. Identifier les manques et proposer des améliorations. L’environnement est international, collaboratif et techniquement exigeant, avec une forte interaction entre équipes Quant , Ingénierie , Data , IT et Production . Mission principale : Concevoir, piloter et optimiser l’architecture des systèmes quantitatifs et des chaînes de calcul haute performance, en garantissant leur robustesse, scalabilité et adéquation avec les besoins métier. Garantir la cohérence, la disponibilité et la performance des pipelines de données critiques. 4. Collaboration Transverse Travailler en étroite collaboration avec : les équipes Quant (modélisation, analytics), les équipes d’ingénierie logiciel et IT, la Data Engineering, les équipes Ops/Production. Transformer des besoins complexes en solutions industrielles fiables et pérennes. 5. Leadership Technique Être force de proposition sur l’évolution de la stack technique. Challenger les décisions technologiques et architecturales existantes. Encadrer techniquement des ingénieurs (sans dimension managériale obligatoire).
