Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and event-based integrations. Ensure optimal use of out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customization. Support platform upgrades, migrations, and module implementations with a focus on stability and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize demand and align solutions with strategic business outcomes. Produce and maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, data models, and integration diagrams. Identify risks, dependencies, and architectural trade-offs, providing clear recommendations to leadership. Required Skills & Experience Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments. Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, CMDB, security model, and application framework. Strong experience with at least one core ServiceNow product suite (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
