Key Responsibilities: * Provide subject matter expertise and support for the ESB's SAP System's in the area of IDE, Device, Meterworks and Workflow. * Experience with SMART projects and/or AMI/MDMS * Provide end user support for SAP ISU. * Investigate and resolve support calls raised by the business * Work on internal SAP projects and Change Requests as required. * Identify potential process improvements opportunities across the SAP landscape. * Liaise with a variety of stakeholders in the specification, development and testing of enhancements / modifications to the SAP solution. * Complete knowledge transfer for respective application areas to other members of the ESB team. * Work alongside Team Leads, Delivery Leads, Functional SME's and Solution Architects to Identify and manage risks. * Managing change request scoping to include: Estimation and design - preparing functional specifications Implementation - completing system configuration Liaising closely with ABAP / Basis and Security teams during build phase Key Skills & Experience: * Hands-on Functional experience in SAP ISU area of IDE, Device, Meterworks and Workflow. * Knowledge of Meter works and Service Orders, Notifications and tasks, Hands-on experience with Workflow Configuration desirable. Bulk creation of service orders. * Experience in functional specification writing, functional/ integration/ performance testing/ regression testing etc. * Reporting and documentation/ writing for audit reasons and for smooth transition of projects to support. * Stakeholder management, negotiation and communication * Excellent communication/interpersonal skills are mandatory for interaction with different stakeholders involved in the Projects (i.e. in the business process definition stages, design, testing etc. with technical and non-technical people).
