We are seeking an experienced SAP ISU IDE Consultant to join our dynamic IT Service Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for the ISU IDE/Meterworks/Device/Workflow areas of SAP systems that support critical business functions. You will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders for day-to-day operations and projects. Key Responsibilities: * Provide subject matter expertise and support for the ESB's SAP System's in the area of IDE, Device, Meterworks and Workflow. * Experience with SMART projects and/or AMI/MDMS * Provide end user support for SAP ISU. * Investigate and resolve support calls raised by the business * Work on internal SAP projects and Change Requests as required. * Identify potential process improvements opportunities across the SAP landscape. * Liaise with a variety of stakeholders in the specification, development and testing of enhancements / modifications to the SAP solution. * Complete knowledge transfer for respective application areas to other members of the ESB team. * Work alongside Team Leads, Delivery Leads, Functional SME's and Solution Architects to Identify and manage risks. * Managing change request scoping to include: Estimation and design - preparing functional specifications Implementation - completing system configuration Liaising closely with ABAP / Basis and Security teams during build phase Key Skills & Experience: * Hands-on Functional experience in SAP ISU area of IDE, Device, Meterworks and Workflow. * Knowledge of Meter works and Service Orders, Notifications and tasks, Hands-on experience with Workflow Configuration desirable. Bulk creation of service orders. * Experience in functional specification writing, functional/ integration/ performance testing/ regression testing etc. * Reporting and documentation/ writing for audit reasons and for smooth transition of projects to support. * Stakeholder management, negotiation and communication * Excellent communication/interpersonal skills are mandatory for interaction with different stakeholders involved in the Projects (i.e. in the business process definition stages, design, testing etc. with technical and non-technical people). The IT Support Technician will report to the Director of Information Technology, and will support users both at global head office in Central London and in our operating businesses across the UK. Our current core tech stack consists of MS365 + Azure AD, box.com, Airtable, Zoom (+ Zoom Phone), Slack and Salesforce and we support user access to Google Workspace together with various other line of business products. Prior experience administering Azure Active Directory tenancies would be particularly valuable, together with exposure to deployment and maintenance of security tools such as endpoint management and anti-virus. We support both Windows and Mac devices and our users access our services both on corporate machines and BYOD. We are 100% cloud native with no on-premises systems.
