IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer - 12 months - Brussels Our important client is currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer for a 12-month contract based in Brussels. Hybrid role with 2 days on site per week. The candidate must be able to install, configure and troubleshoot Windows and Azure systems, integrated with other IT components, with stability and service continuity as key factors of success. He/she must also be able to configure and review monitoring of such components, to maintain supportability, stability, and performance. Chef de Projet / Directeur de Projet IT Infrastructure (Obsolescence Infra) L’objectif est d’aider le client dans la gestion de l’obsolescence des systèmes serveurs, base de données, serveurs applicatifs et de coordonner les actions avec les applications owners, technical owners, les personnes en charge de l’infrastructure. Le consultant devra également coordonner la partie ITSM avec les équipes de change et de gestion de la CMDB. Le role est basé à Lausanne en Suisse. Taux entre 800-1000 EUR par jour. Nous nous occuperons de la partie administrative (permis). Start debut Janvier. 3 jours sur site min. Obligatoire: Certifications ITIL et Project Management (Prince 2, PMP, Hermes etc.). Dans ce contexte, le client fait appel à un prestataire de service pour la réalisation des services suivants : - Le suivi global de/des programmes/projets dans les domaines infrastructure : assurer le suivi des projets dans l’outil de gestion de projets (Orchestra) de l’étape de planification jusqu’à la clôture. Dans ce rôle stratégique, vous serez responsable de la gouvernance et de la performance de tous les services réseau et sécurité au sein de notre infrastructure mondiale. Vous serez l'interface principale entre les équipes techniques, les parties prenantes métier et les fournisseurs externes afin de garantir la fourniture de services stables, sécurisés et de haute qualité répondant aux besoins de l'entreprise. Vous superviserez l'ensemble du cycle de vie des services, de la transition à l'exploitation, et piloterez les initiatives d'amélioration continue en collaboration avec les équipes Cybersécurité et Architecture. Ce poste nécessite une forte orientation vers les processus, les indicateurs de performance (SLAs/KPIs) et la gestion des parties prenantes.
