Missions principales : RUN : MCO des environnements Cloud et déploiements continus Mise en place et suivi des SLI, SLO, SLA et Error Budget Maintien en conditions opérationnelles des plateformes BUILD : Conception et évolution des infrastructures Cloud (publiques/privées) Industrialisation avec focus FinOps (efficacité et coûts) Solutions DevOps et automatisation des plateformes Expertise technique : Pilotage opérations techniques sur plateformes Cloud Gestion incidents escaladés par les équipes opérationnelles Correspondance avec fournisseurs SaaS/logiciels/matériels Gouvernance : Application processus sécurité ISO 27001 Documentation technique et veille technologique Transfert de compétences et amélioration continue
