Operations & Support * Define support model, SLAs, and runbooks; ensure robust monitoring/logging (Azure Monitor, Dataverse telemetry, Application Insights). * Govern service accounts, connectivity, license posture, and cost optimisation. * Own incident/problem management for platform-related issues and coordinate with vendor support. You must have at least 7 years expertise as a Senior Systems Analyst coupled with at least 5 years QA skills.
