En tant qu’Ingénieur DevOps (AWS/Terraform), votre mission est de concevoir, industrialiser et opérer la plateforme et les outils qui permettent aux équipes de construire, déployer et faire évoluer leurs applications rapidement et en toute sécurité sur AWS. Elle est désignée par le le rôle de « Release Train Engineer (RTE) » au sein de la chaine de service CLOUD PUBLIC. Les activités principales du TITULAIRE pour cette prestation seront donc : Planifier et animer la cadence de la chaine de services : établir et communiquer le calendrier annuel des sprints et des PI, planifier les ateliers System Demo et Inspect & Adapt. S’assurer de la préparation du PI Planning : vérifier que la vision et le backlog de Features soient complets, clairs et prêts pour la planification. Animer les cérémonies clés : PI Planning, ART Sync, System Demo, Inspect & Adapt. Coordonner les équipes via l’ART Sync : suivre l’avancement, lever les obstacles, piloter la performance collective et les risques systémiques. Diffuser la vision et les objectifs du domaine à travers les équipes : donner du sens et assurer la cohérence. Collaborer avec Responsables Chaine de Services, System Architects et Responsables de Domaine : maximiser la valeur générée. Soutenir l’adoption des pratiques agiles par les équipes et les parties prenantes ? conseiller et accompagner pour une mise en œuvre efficace et efficiente.
