VOTRE MISSION En tant que Pilote d’exploitation et supervision , vous assurez la surveillance en continu des infrastructures informatiques et garantissez la qualité de service conformément aux engagements contractuels et aux politiques internes de sécurité. En parallèle, en tant que Team Lead du shift semaine nuit , vous assurez le suivi opérationnel et l’animation de l’équipe . Vos responsabilités principales : Activité de pilotage et supervision : Surveiller et superviser les performances des systèmes informatiques, les flux de données et la disponibilité des serveurs. Diagnostiquer et intervenir en cas d’incident sur les systèmes, le réseau ou à la suite d’une alerte utilisateur. Exécuter les procédures de reprise d’activité (reconfiguration, sauvegardes, relances, etc.). Alerter les niveaux d’escalade appropriés et assurer le suivi des incidents jusqu’à leur résolution complète. Garantir la disponibilité des ressources physiques et logicielles. Automatiser les tâches récurrentes pour améliorer la fiabilité et la performance opérationnelle. Documenter les procédures, incidents et actions réalisées. Rôle de Team Lead : Encadrer et animer l’équipe du shift semaine nuit (organisation, suivi des activités, communication, cohésion d’équipe). Garantir la bonne répartition de la charge de travail et le respect des priorités opérationnelles. Être le point de contact privilégié entre l’équipe de nuit et les responsables de journée (reporting, passation, suivi des indicateurs). Accompagner la montée en compétence des membres de l’équipe (formation, coaching, partage de bonnes pratiques). Participer activement à l’amélioration continue du service (process, outils, documentation).
