Industrialiser les approches IA : création de pipelines, intégration CI/CD, automatisation et monitoring. Assurer la cohérence technique entre les différents projets IA du groupe. Participer à la construction du socle commun (“AI Platform”) sur lequel s’appuient les équipes projet. Encadrer et accompagner les ingénieurs data, ML et software dans la montée en compétence. Effectuer une veille active sur les outils et technologies IA émergentes (LLM, RAG, orchestrateurs, vector DB, etc.).
