Platform Enablement & CoE * Establish and evolve the Power Platform CoE: standards, accelerators, templates, guardrails, and training paths. * Drive adoption,evangelisee best practices, and manage demand intake with transparent prioritisation. * Maintain platform roadmap and lifecycle (feature evaluation, preview tracking, deprecation planning). Operations & Support * Define support model, SLAs, and runbooks; ensure robust monitoring/logging (Azure Monitor, Dataverse telemetry, Application Insights). * Govern service accounts, connectivity, license posture, and cost optimisation. * Own incident/problem management for platform-related issues and coordinate with vendor support.
