Setup of new, moving and leaving users. Be cognizant of operational security identifying changes to reduce risks. Adobe InDesign and related services support. Meeting room service management (Zoom and Teams). Knowbe4 training platform exposure and administration. Required 3 + Years' Experience in an IT Engineer. Proven experience within a Microsoft environment. Excellent people, communication, end user service skills. This is a hybrid position based in Shoreditch for 6 months duration as an FTC.
