Nous recherchons un Acheteur IT Freelance pour renforcer le pôle achats IT d’une entreprise du CAC 40. Vous interviendrez en lien direct avec la DSI , sur un périmètre mêlant software, SaaS, hardware, télécom et prestations intellectuelles IT (ESN) . Mission très opérationnelle, au cœur des projets IT du groupe. Vos missions Accompagner la DSI dans la définition du besoin IT Piloter les consultations & appels d’offres (RFI / RFQ / RFP) Rédiger les dossiers de consultation, analyser les offres, participer aux soutenances Négocier les conditions contractuelles (SLA, pénalités, réversibilité, sécurité…) Gérer les prestations intellectuelles IT (panel ESN, TJM, suivi missions) Suivre l’exécution des contrats : qualité, conformité, performance fournisseurs Contribuer à la rationalisation des dépenses IT et à l’optimisation des panels
