Le PMO soutiendra le directeur de programmes, le Product Owner, les équipes e-commerce, marketing, data et SI afin d’assurer la cohérence, la qualité et la performance du programme PIM sur les sujets suivants: Pilotage et gouvernance Mettre en place et maintenir la gouvernance du programme PIM : comités, instances, décisions. Préparer, animer et documenter les comités projets, comités de pilotage et points de suivi. Veiller au respect des méthodologies projet (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybride). Garantir la qualité des flux et des données produits (attributs, descriptions, images, médias, enrichissements). Participer à la définition et à la mise en place des bonnes pratiques (processus, nomenclatures, standards data). Support aux équipes projet Faciliter la préparation des ateliers fonctionnels et techniques (data model, classification, workflows).
