Nous recherchons un Service Delivery Manager (SDM) technique orienté Azure , capable d’évoluer dans un environnement exigeant du secteur du luxe. Au sein de l’équipe Opérations, vous serez garant de la qualité du Run et du bon fonctionnement des services Cloud, principalement sur Azure. Vous interviendrez sur les activités de delivery management, incident management, problem management, suivi de KPI, animation des comités, gestion du Build-to-Run et coordination des partenaires. Votre rôle est avant tout organisationnel et communicationnel : vous accompagnez les équipes techniques, challengez les partenaires, facilitez la résolution des incidents et assurez une communication claire, structurée et cohérente auprès des responsables applicatifs. Au sein de la Factory Hosting, le Domain Lead Architecture Technique Infrastructure aura pour mission d’animer et de structurer une équipe d’architectes et de designers techniques (environ dix collaborateurs), afin de garantir une approche intégrée, robuste et alignée avec les orientations d’entreprise. Le rôle requiert un leadership technique fort, une compréhension approfondie des environnements hybrides (on-premise et cloud) et une capacité à mettre en place une gouvernance d’architecture efficace.
