The consultant will be involved in the following activities: - Project management: Scope definition, planning, and coordination of the HR Service Delivery implementation, including breaking the program down into sub-projects and tracking milestones. - HRIS deployment: Leading the deployment of the solution across the HR scope, with strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD. - Change management: Supporting HR transformation and leading change management activities with stakeholders. - HR organization: Contributing to the reorganization of the HR operations department, including support tier structuring. - Employee portal: Overseeing the implementation of the HR front-end / employee portal. - Knowledge management: Setting up a knowledge center, structuring HR policies, FAQs, and support content. - International coordination: Working in a Benelux context, with deployment planned in multiple languages. - Organization: Mostly remote assignment, with on-site presence in Eindhoven once a month.
