Responsabilités : Administration des systèmes : Administrer les applications financières et leurs intégrations (Oracle FUSION ERP-GL/EPM), avec le support de l’équipe Digital et des prestataires externes. Superviser les opérations et la maintenance quotidiennes, y compris le dépannage et l’optimisation des systèmes (configuration des cubes, dimensions, formulaires et règles métiers adaptées aux besoins de planification financière, budgétisation, prévisions et consolidation). Apporter un support lors des clôtures (mensuelles, semestrielles et annuelles), notamment l’ouverture/fermeture des périodes, l’émission de rapports de contrôle (journaux non postés, journaux en erreur, etc.). Répondre aux problèmes applicatifs des utilisateurs et aux demandes d’amélioration, en travaillant avec les équipes de support des fournisseurs si nécessaire. Participer à la revue des mises à jour et fournir un support pour les tests UAT. Analyse financière et support au reporting : Développer et maintenir des rapports BI financiers personnalisés et des tableaux de bord offrant des insights à la direction. Garantir la qualité, l’exactitude, la cohérence et la pertinence des données utilisées pour la planification, la budgétisation et le reporting financier à travers l’école. Collaborer avec l’équipe Digital pour améliorer la disponibilité, la structure et la précision des données dans BI. Piloter des initiatives d’automatisation pour rationaliser le reporting et réduire les processus manuels. Apporter un support et des conseils aux Business Partners FP&A pour développer des analyses financières pertinentes et des reportings de gestion structurés, favorisant la prise de décision. Gérer les rapports centraux et consolider les données des unités opérationnelles. Préparer des analyses pour les demandes de reporting ad hoc. Promouvoir et améliorer l’utilisation des technologies pour le reporting et l’analyse. Former et accompagner les Business Partners FP&A à un niveau technique avancé. Documentation et formation des systèmes : Maintenir la documentation fonctionnelle des applications financières. Coordonner la conception fonctionnelle et les tests lors des projets d’amélioration. Développer des workflows applicatifs et des supports de formation pour les utilisateurs. Développer l’utilisation de Power BI pour le FP&A et soutenir la montée en compétences de l’équipe.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our Avaloq application. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures to identify and mitigate defects, and to ensure that the application meets the required standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the Avaloq application meets the required quality and functionality standards. Understand the integration patterns between Avaloq and other systems (such as CRM tools; trading tools; data stores etc) to support and execute testing across the full tech stack Identify, document, and track defects, across the different Avaloq modules (STEX; MM; Person; BP etc) and collaborate with relevant development teams to resolve issues. Conduct thorough testing of new features, updates, and patches to ensure compatibility and functionality. 2. Quality Engineering: Design, develop, and implement automated testing scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise quality-related initiatives and projects. Develop and maintain quality metrics, reports, and dashboards to measure application quality and identify areas for improvement. 3. Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate quality assurance and quality engineering processes Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimise efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Stay up-to-date with Avaloq application releases, updates, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve quality assurance and quality engineering processes. 4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of the application lifecycle. Communicate quality-related issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams. Key Skills & Experience: Ideally 4 years+ of experience in quality assurance and/or quality engineering, preferably in the financial services industry. Experience with Avaloq application or similar object-model banking/financial software Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including black box, white box, and gray box testing. Experience with automated testing tools, such as Tosca, UFT, Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies. Proficiency in programming languages, such as PL/SQL, Java, Python, or C#. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Understanding of Wealth Management concepts Good Communication skills, Ability to work in fixed time bound projects.
