Notre Client bancaire recherche un consultant Data analyst (H/F) pour intervenir au sein d'une équipe de la Direction Finance traitant les besoins liés aux reportings règlementaires Finance et Risques, à savoir industrialisation de processus métiers et création de reportings automatisés. La mission interviendra sur différents processus (risques ou finance) en mode support, évolution et surtout projet : - Création de tableaux de bord sur Power BI - Industrialisation de processus métiers par le développement de workflows Alteryx et leur déploiement sur Alteryx Server - Création d’applications à l'aide de PowerApps. - Accompagner les équipes Finance et Risques dans l’automatisation de leurs reportings - Participer à des projets transverses Finance/Risques en mode projet, évolution ou support Environnement : Power BI, Alteryx, SSIS, SSAS, SQL Server, Sharepoint, PowerApps, Power Automate.

Au sein de la Direction des Données et des Services Analytiques, le service Analytic assure la mise en œuvre et le support des solutions analytiques et de Business Intelligence de la Banque. L’équipe DEV Rapide MSBI intervient sur des projets de développement agiles et rapides (moins de 20 jours de développement) pour répondre aux besoins métiers en matière d’analyse, de reporting et de visualisation de données. Le consultant interviendra sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie des projets BI : du recueil de besoin jusqu’à la mise en production, tout en accompagnant les utilisateurs et en participant à la promotion de l’offre de services BI. 🎯 Missions Recueil des besoins auprès des équipes métiers et participation aux ateliers techniques et fonctionnels. Conception et développement de solutions BI agiles (SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI). Mise en œuvre de prototypes et POC pour valider les choix fonctionnels et techniques. Accompagnement des utilisateurs dans la prise en main des solutions et des outils de datavisualisation. Maintenance et évolution des solutions BI déployées. Avant-vente et conseil : participation à la présentation de l’offre de services BI, réalisation de démonstrations et supports de communication. Animation de communautés BI et partage des bonnes pratiques. Mise à jour documentaire (SharePoint) et suivi des activités (reporting hebdomadaire). Veille technologique sur l’écosystème Microsoft BI et les outils complémentaires.

Senior MI Business Analyst/Project Manager Our Client is a bank based in the City and are looking to recruit a Senior MI Business Analyst with Project Management skills. You will have at least 6 to 10 years proven hands-on expertise. Focus of the role: · Help the organisation (Senior Management and SMEs) to review business and financial performance of the organisation based on data and facts, advance understanding of the business success factors, business results and risks. · Develop technical and business solutions for MI, enable effective data management and sourcing of the data for MI, reporting and project activities. · Interact with vendors, Project teams and Development team in London and other sites to align delivery of the MI and sourcing of the data across business functions and entities. Responsibilities: · Develop MI and Reports predominantly for the business functions and SMEs, based on their requirements and expressed needs. Interact with other information workers (in business and finance teams) to ensure the data produced by those are sync’ed and “tells same story”. · Ensure the overall strategy of the data management within the Bank, guard and rationalise development or new data sources for MI purposes, align business and technical understanding of the available data with the requirements. · Facilitate and lead enhancements of the available data sources that would assist the organisational performance and guide the organisation in effort to optimise and automate business processes to collect and use data for reporting and MI purposes. · Working with team members and Subject Matter Experts or SMEs on identifying, designing, building, and performing analytics to provide risks and controls insights to business partners & Internal Audit · Document business MI Solutions to ensure this knowledge is retained within the organisation, interact with operational and technology management regarding access, processing, reporting, and integrity of source systems and data repositories, to educate them on data available to in organisation, how the data could be used. · Influence the technical team and the business to ensure the technical environment address current and aligned with future business needs and organisational skills. Key Skills: · Technical o Advance SQL querying skills, ability to write complex SSRS formulas o In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server and experience to deliver MI and reporting solutions using the entire spectrum of the MI solutions (SSIS, SSRS, Power BI) ideally on early versions (2013/2016) and assist the organisation to migrate to later versions. o Exposure and high-level understanding of the SSAS and MDX language (although the organisation currently does not use OLAP). o Good exposure to PowerBI and advance knowledge of DAX (query language) and data modelling using this tool. o Good working knowledge of Excel capability, use of the reporting purposes, and formulas; desired VBA skills to optimise the data presentation. o Ideally, working knowledge of Hyperion/Essbase. o Working knowledge of SharePoint and its use to manage the MI, automate MI and reporting workflow, information and report distribution. o Good working practice designing data collections by using Kimball methodology. · Non-technical: o Practical understanding of the Data Visualisation techniques and principles. o High-level understanding of the data management and its impact on organisation’s bottom line. o Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to understand the business requirements, link them to a business narrative and softly guide SME by delivering the requested MI. o Some understanding of the architectural principles, Agile methodology to engage users and deliver business solutions. o Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and narrative to business audience and non-technical teams. This is a Full Time Contract – duration is 12 months. Salary will be dependent upon experience and expertise – but will be in the range £60K - £75K. Our client is looking for a DBA with experience in database technologies and good understanding of SQL/Oracle development. This is a contract role initially for 6 months with good possibility of extension. Please note that this role is fully onsite - 4 days per week in London and 1 day onsite in Milton Keynes. Due to nature of the role DV + NPPV3 clearance is required. Essential Experience Required: * Experience in database technologies and a good understanding of SQL/Oracle development and scripting tools; Oracle DB Architecture, Performance, Database Intallation & Configuration * Experience in database administration, including back-ups, maintenance, performance monitoring and troubleshooting, security management, patch management * Experience in implementing high availability setups such as Always on HA, Mirroring, log shipping and Microsoft Clustering. * Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft SQL Server Stack - SSMS, SSAS, SSIS & SSRS. * Experience working on Linux * Able to work to tight deadlines and changing priorities. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server internals and core database functionality (indexes, schemas, triggers, etc.) * Good understanding of database architecture and database design. With a view to carrying out the following: * Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, Performance of DB systems - SQL and Oracle * Monitor & maintaining and tuning databases to optimise availability of server as well as troubleshooting performance. * Creating suitable Database alerts as well as proactively monitor and responding to alerts * Troubleshot performance and connection issues. * Build environments based on standards and best practices that would align to operational and business requirements. * Monitor database maintenance scripts for backups, index rebuild/defragment, and database statistics. * Producing, maintaining, and ensuring backup and recovery procedures are functioning correctly. * Application Implementation, IT application and applications support, technical support, problem solving, technical documentation, communication * Support of application Installation, configuration, maintenance * Availability for out of hours support as part of a support rotation.
