Contexte de la mission : Dans le cadre du programme stratégique qui a pour objectif de déployer une nouvelle plateforme de cash pooling pour les clients corporate recherche un Stream Lead qui pilotera et animera l’équipe de testeurs. Cette équipe est constituée de 6 testeurs / Business analystes, de 5 testeurs / experts métier. Le périmètre de tests comprend les tests unitaires (réalisés par l’éditeur de la plateforme dans nos environnements mais à suivre), les tests fonctionnels et d’intégration, les tests de non-régression, les recettes de bout en bout et les tests d’homologation. Objectifs de la mission : • Elaborer la stratégie de tests avec l’ensemble de la communauté de test et les métiers • Piloter et animer l’équipe multi-entité de tests • Définir la comitologie idoine afin de maximiser la communication entre testeurs mais aussi avec l’éditeur • Structurer et industrialiser le suivi de la recette (via X-Ray et JIRA) en s’assurant de l’adoption globale de l’outillage • Veiller au respect des processus de test définis et à leur homogénéité entre entités • Analyser les anomalies et suivre la mise en place des correctifs en lien avec le responsable IT • Produire des KPI de suivi de l'activité pour piloter efficacement les tests et alimenter le reporting aux sponsors
