Le Product Owner M365 est responsable de la vision, de la stratégie et du cycle de vie des produits et services Microsoft 365 au sein du Groupe x. Il/Elle définit le backlog fonctionnel , pilote la roadmap , garantit la conformité réglementaire et sécurité , et s’assure de la meilleure expérience utilisateur pour les collaborateurs du Groupe. Profil recherché Bac+5 en informatique ou équivalent. 3 à 7 ans d’expérience sur un rôle PO / Chef de projet / Expert M365. Une expérience dans un grand groupe ou secteur bancaire est un plus.

Vous suivez l'évolution des solutions Microsoft 365 en participant à la configuration, la documentation, le support et la maintenance des outils tels que Exchange, SharePoint, Teams et OneDrive.Vous intervenez sur la mise en œuvre et l'évolution des solutions Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive…), en participant à la configuration technique, à la rédaction de documentation pour les utilisateurs, au traitement des incidents et au maintien en condition opérationnelle des applications. Vous contribuez également à l'animation de groupes techniques et à la communication autour des services M365, au sein d'une équipe d'ingénierie multidisciplinaire en lien avec les équipes Digital Workplace, les chefs de projet et les équipes d'exploitation.
