Mission Principale Orchestrer la transformation digitale des sites industriels en assurant : La conception et le déploiement des solutions digitales (MES, SCADA, IoT, ...) L’ alignement stratégique avec la roadmap digitale et les objectifs RSE (efficacité énergétique, traçabilité). Le management opérationnel d’une équipe de 15 Business Analysts et Ingénieurs Logiciel . Leadership & Gouvernance Définir la vision digitale industrielle et la feuille de route associée. Animer la gouvernance IT/Indus (COPIL, comités projets) et assurer le reporting KPI. Superviser la gestion budgétaire et la planification des projets. Transformation & Innovation Identifier les cas d’usage (IoT, IA, automatisation) et piloter les projets de modernisation. Garantir l’intégration des solutions avec l’ERP (JDE), WMS, CMMS et systèmes qualité. Promouvoir les standards cybersécurité et conformité réglementaire. Management d’Équipe Encadrer et développer une équipe de Business Analysts / Ingénieurs Logiciel . Définir les objectifs, suivre la performance et accompagner la montée en compétences. Favoriser la culture Agile/Lean et la collaboration transverse. Change Management Déployer les plans de formation et communication pour l’adoption des solutions. Assurer la conduite du changement auprès des équipes industrielles.
