Role Overview As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will be the bridge between their clients and our technical team. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and configure Salesforce environments to maximize value. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and understanding their business challenges. Conduct business analysis, refine requirements, and map processes (including UML/BPMN). Configure Salesforce solutions (flows, process builder, etc.) and ensure seamless implementation. Collaborate with senior developers and configurators to deliver high-quality managed services. Advise on best practices for Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and nonprofit Salesforce packages.
