Objectifs de la mission L’objectif principal est de : poser un état des lieux clair et partagé de l’existant, comprendre les enjeux métier, IT et organisationnels, proposer des scénarios d’évolution argumentés, recommander une solution cible efficace, pérenne et respectueuse du SI existant, permettant une prise de décision éclairée par les instances concernées. Rôle attendu L’architecte interviendra comme référent fonctionnel transverse, capable de : analyser un sujet de manière systémique, faire le lien entre métier, IT et architecture, structurer la réflexion et piloter la conception macro de la solution, assurer un rôle de Design Authority sur le périmètre. Prestations attendues / Missions1. Analyse de l’existant Appropriation de la connaissance existante via : documentation applicative, cartographies SI, documents programmes, échanges avec les experts et sachants. Analyse des produits encore gérés dans le système Description des fonctions couvertes Compréhension de l’écosystème applicatif, en particulier des systèmes consommateurs et producteurs 2. Analyse des enjeux & scénarios de transformation Rappel et formalisation des enjeux : métiers, IT, organisationnels. Définition de scénarios de transformation possibles, en co-construction avec les experts : modernisation, évolution du modèle de responsabilité produit, refonte ou repositionnement fonctionnel. Analyse des impacts de chaque scénario (SI, données, organisation, flux). 3. Conception macro de la solution Pour le scénario retenu (ou pour plusieurs scénarios en cas d’arbitrage) : Définition des grandes fonctions assurées par chaque brique applicative Identification des objets métiers gérés Définition macro des flux et échanges de données Formalisation de la conception fonctionnelle macroscopique Identification et interaction avec les responsables métier cibles (volet organisationnel) 4. Aide à la décision & passage de relais Production de supports adaptés à la prise de décision pour les différentes parties prenantes Animation ou contribution à des ateliers de cadrage et de restitution Support au passage de relais vers les équipes en charge des opus et de l’implémentation 5. Intégration SI & gouvernance Vérification de la bonne intégration de la solution dans le SI Identification des solutions fonctionnelles existantes à privilégier ou à créer Exercice du rôle de Design Authority sur la conception macro Compétences requises (Must-have)Architecture & conception Architecture fonctionnelle / architecture d’entreprise Urbanisation du SI Modélisation fonctionnelle et applicative Cartographie SI (Archimate) DDD (Domain Driven Design) Données & intégration Modélisation des données Compréhension des échanges inter-applications API REST (concepts, usages) Connaissance du domaine Bonne compréhension d’un SI bancaire La connaissance des domaines banking / comptes / référentiels est un fort plus
