You will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders for day-to-day operations and projects. Key Responsibilities: * Provide subject matter expertise and support for the ESB's SAP System's in the area of IDE, Device, Meterworks and Workflow. * Experience with SMART projects and/or AMI/MDMS * Provide end user support for SAP ISU. * Investigate and resolve support calls raised by the business * Work on internal SAP projects and Change Requests as required. * Identify potential process improvements opportunities across the SAP landscape. * Liaise with a variety of stakeholders in the specification, development and testing of enhancements / modifications to the SAP solution. * Complete knowledge transfer for respective application areas to other members of the ESB team. * Work alongside Team Leads, Delivery Leads, Functional SME's and Solution Architects to Identify and manage risks. * Managing change request scoping to include: Estimation and design - preparing functional specifications Implementation - completing system configuration Liaising closely with ABAP / Basis and Security teams during build phase Key Skills & Experience: * Hands-on Functional experience in SAP ISU area of IDE, Device, Meterworks and Workflow. * Knowledge of Meter works and Service Orders, Notifications and tasks, Hands-on experience with Workflow Configuration desirable. We are looking for several experienced SAP Retail Consultants on behalf of one of our clients operating in the retail sector, as part of a large-scale SAP transformation program. Context Our client is undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation covering finance, supply chain, compliance, and omni-channel retail operations. Multiple consultant profiles are required to reinforce different SAP workstreams and support end-to-end solution design and deployment within a complex retail environment. Roles & Responsibilities Contribute to the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions supporting retail operations (Finance, MM, SD, CO-PA, AR, DRC, or related domains). Participate in workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable SAP functionalities. Support integration across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, COPC) to ensure consistent data, robust process flows, and alignment with retail-specific scenarios. Assist in building and validating end-to-end retail processes including POS, e-commerce, inventory, pricing, reconciliation, and margin analysis.
