Mainframe Automation Specialist We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Automation Specialist to support a large programme, with a key focus on the migration of CA/Broadcom automation tooling to IBM. The role will focus on improving z/OS reliability, automation and operational efficiency, reducing manual intervention and supporting high availability across the mainframe environment. Key experience: - Strong hands-on Mainframe Automation / z/OS experience. - Experience with CA OPS/MVS and ideally migration to IBM Tivoli System Automation (SA). - Strong REXX scripting experience. - Experience developing automation for monitoring, operational tasks and incident management. - Good understanding of z/OS, JCL and batch processing. - Experience supporting L2/L3 incidents, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. - Experience with change management, CAB processes and controlled production environments. - Experience with CA/Broadcom to IBM product migrations highly desirable. - Banking or other large-scale, regulated environment experience advantageous. Mainframe Storage Specialist We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Storage Specialist to support a Large programme, with a key focus on the migration of CA/Broadcom storage tooling to IBM. The role will focus on z/OS Storage Management, including DASD, tape, SMS, HSM, storage replication, backup/recovery and capacity management. You will also support critical migration and storage activities across the mainframe environment. Key experience: - Strong hands-on z/OS Storage Management experience across DASD, SMS and HSM. - Experience with DFSMS, DFSMSdss, DFSMShsm/HSM and IDCAMS. - Experience with CA/Broadcom to IBM storage product migrations, ideally CA Allocate, CA-1 or CA Disk. - Knowledge of IBM equivalents including TAAM/DFSMS, DFSMSrmm and DFSMShsm. - Experience with storage replication, backup/recovery, DR and failover activities. - Experience with Dell EMC PowerMax, VTL, DLM and Data Domain (DD) would be highly desirable. - Strong understanding of storage allocation, dataset management, capacity and performance. - Experience providing L2/L3 support and working within controlled change/CAB environments. - Good understanding of z/OS, JCL and batch processing. Contexte de la mission Dans le cadre d'un programme stratégique de transformation d'un système d'information bancaire, une organisation du secteur financier recherche un Responsable Technique Programme / Architecte Technique Senior. La mission intervient dans un contexte de migration d'activités bancaires vers un nouveau système d'information, de construction d'une plateforme de gestion patrimoniale et de transformation des infrastructures, des réseaux et des environnements utilisateurs. Intégré à l'équipe cœur du programme, le consultant sera le référent technique transverse chargé de garantir la cohérence, la robustesse, la sécurité et l'exploitabilité des solutions déployées sur les différents chantiers. Objectifs et livrables Le consultant aura pour mission de piloter les études d'architecture technique, de coordonner les acteurs internes et externes et de sécuriser les choix technologiques, les intégrations et les trajectoires de migration. Il devra notamment : Définir l'architecture technique cible et les principes directeurs du programme. Piloter les études techniques transverses et les analyses d'impact. Comparer les scénarios et formuler des recommandations. Coordonner les équipes architecture, infrastructure, réseau, sécurité, production, intégration et éditeurs. Sécuriser les interfaces, les flux interapplicatifs et les dépendances techniques. Identifier et suivre les risques techniques, cyber, d'intégration, d'obsolescence et de migration. Préparer l'exploitabilité, la supervision, la performance, la reprise et le support des solutions. Participer aux arbitrages techniques et aux instances de gouvernance. Accompagner les phases de migration et de mise en production. Vulgariser les choix d'architecture auprès des interlocuteurs métiers. Les livrables principaux seront un dossier d'architecture technique, des rapports de conception, un dossier d'intégration, un plan de sécurité, un dossier de suivi des risques, un dossier d'exploitation ainsi que les supports de suivi et de gouvernance du programme. Le consultant devra disposer d'une expérience confirmée en architecture technique de programmes complexes et maîtriser tout ou partie des domaines suivants : Architecture cloud public, cloud native et cloud hybride. Architecture réseau, interconnexions sécurisées, VPN/IPSec, firewall et Zero Trust. API Management, microservices, middleware et intégration de flux. Architectures événementielles et messaging : Kafka, MQSeries, pub/sub et streaming. IAM et fédération d'identité : OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, ADFS. Kubernetes, conteneurs, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code et Platform Engineering. Architectures hybrides Mainframe/Open, IBM z/OS et DB2. Bases de données SQL et NoSQL. Observabilité, performance, résilience, continuité d'activité et exploitabilité. Gouvernance technique, gestion des risques et coordination de parties prenantes. Une expérience dans le secteur bancaire, financier ou assurantiel est fortement souhaitée.
