Nous recherchons un développeur DevOps pour accompagner le déploiement des solutions et construire un SIRH robuste, supervisé, respectant les principes d’architecture Le prestataire travaillera au sein des Agile Teams du train Ressources Humaines, en relation avec les Métiers et les éditeurs. Missions Monitoring et Observabilité : • Mise en place de solutions de monitoring (Datadog) • Surveillance de l’état de santé du périmètre SIRH, KPI Intégration et API : • Utilisation d’API REST / SOAP. • Utilisation de Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) pour l’échange de données et l'automatisation de processus. • Evolution vers une Architecture orientée événements (EDA) : publication dans des topics Kafka. Automatisation et Ordonnancement : • Planification et gestion de jobs d'ordonnancement dans BMC Software Control-M. • Analyse et résolution en cas de dysfonctionnement • Automatisation de tâches diverses, notamment les tests et les flux de données Rédaction de Scripts : • Création et maintenance de scripts en cmd, PowerShell, Python. • Automatisation de tâches répétitives via ces scripts. Liste des technologies • Maîtrise de BMC Software Control-M. • Compétences en scripting (cmd, PowerShell, Python). • API REST / SOAP, KAFKA • CI/CD & DevOps. Dans le cadre d’un programme de transformation du Système d’Information Ressources Humaines (SIRH) et du déploiement de solutions SaaS, nous recherchons un Développeur DevOps afin de renforcer une équipe Agile dédiée aux applications RH. Vous participerez à la construction d’un écosystème SIRH robuste, sécurisé, supervisé et aligné avec les standards d’architecture du SI. Vous interviendrez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métiers RH, les éditeurs de solutions et les équipes techniques. Vos principales missions seront : Mettre en place et faire évoluer les solutions de monitoring et d’observabilité (Datadog).
