Senior UX Designer - 12 months - Brussels Our important client is currently looking for a Senior UX Designer for a 12-month contract based in Brussels. Hybrid with 2 to 3 days onsite mandatory. Please find the description below: We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer (at least 5 years of experience) to join our team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in creating exceptional user experiences for our services. If you are passionate about optimizing interactions between users and interfaces and want to contribute to the creation of top-quality digital products, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Responsibilities Design and develop user experiences for our different channels (mobile app, website and kiosk) considering user needs and business objectives. Collaborate closely with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistency between design and implementation. Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to illustrate proposed concepts and solutions. Participate in brainstorming and collaborative design sessions to solve complex problems and drive innovation. Evaluate the performance of existing interfaces and propose improvements based on industry best practices and user feedback. Skills Strong experience as a UX Designer, with a demonstrated expertise of at least 5 years in creating user-friendly and intuitive digital products. Demonstrable experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend ideas in a clear and compelling manner. Demonstrable experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups. In-depth knowledge of UI design best practices and industry trends. Experience in designing engaging micro interactions. Experience in designing accessible user experiences, adhering to accessibility standards. Experience in building design systems. Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a technology-driven team delivering innovative solutions for supply chain and field inventory management. This role focuses on Warehousing and Forward Stock Locations (FSLs) , working closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define and implement strategic product enhancements. About the Role As Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery. You'll translate customer requirements into actionable product roadmaps and user stories, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy. This is a hands-on role requiring strong collaboration with Agile development teams and occasional interaction with customers. Key Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to understand customer and user journeys, translating needs into innovative solutions. Define and manage product roadmaps, requirements, and priorities. Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and maintain a groomed backlog. Apply UX principles to design user-centric solutions; produce wireframes and mock-ups. Act as Product Owner within Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure product quality through QA processes and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) acceptance tests. Present demos to senior stakeholders and customers; occasionally lead customer-facing activities. Contribute to process mapping and optimization in complex operational environments. Knowledge of logistics , warehousing , or field service operations . Familiarity with EDI integrations and RFID technology .
