As a Senior IT Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for: The end-to-end delivery of one or more large and / or complex IT projects, and integration into HMRC technical infrastructure. Production and management of end-to-end IT delivery plans and reporting. Identification, management and mitigation of IT risks, issues and dependencies. Raising, monitoring and challenging commercials/costs across all delivery teams and commercially engaged delivery partners. Financial forecasting and tracking of all project expenditure. Line management of IT Delivery Managers at various levels, nurturing the people and skills to deliver successfully. Supporting the overall IT Delivery team via escalation management, guidance and performance management. Resourcing & Capacity Management of your immediate team. Being a credible, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and supportive team player demonstrating strong communication skills and having a real passion to develop the teams and to build diverse cross team relationships. The Test Assurance Analyst will support the Test Assurance Manager in providing independent oversight and assurance of testing activities across a portfolio of projects and programmes. The role will ensure that suppliers and internal delivery teams adhere to agreed testing standards, governance, and quality expectations. The role requires a flexible and pragmatic approach to assurance, balancing risk, quality, and delivery needs. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience in test management, test assurance, or quality governance across various delivery environments. Whilst this opportunity is advertised as available for part time workers, please note that the role requires a minimum of 30 hours per week (specific hours negotiable Monday-Friday). This role is available on a permanent basis. However, qualifying candidates may opt for a 2-year loan or secondment if preferred. This post aligns with within the capability framework. Duties & Responsibilities Provide Assurance & Oversight - Provide independent assurance on the adequacy, completeness, and quality of test strategies, plans, approaches, and evidence across internal and supplier-led projects. Risk Management - Identify gaps, risks, and issues in testing and escalate them with recommendations for resolution. Stakeholder Management - Maintain effective working relationships with project teams, suppliers, business stakeholders, and assurance colleagues. Assess supplier and internal test deliverables for compliance, quality, and risk coverage. Continuous Improvement - Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement in test assurance practices. Monitor Test Compliance - Monitor adherence to agency and programme test policies, standards, and assurance frameworks.

The Test Assurance Manager is responsible for defining, maintaining, and leading the agency’s test assurance strategy, policies, and frameworks across all programmes and deliveries. This role provides senior-level oversight and direction for test assurance activities across both internal and supplier-led projects, ensuring that testing is planned, executed, and evidenced to a consistently high standard. The role includes the line management of Test Assurance Analysts and requires strong stakeholder management to influence and collaborate with multiple delivery partners. The Test Assurance Manager must operate pragmatically, balancing governance and delivery needs across projects with varying levels of testing maturity, supplier capability, and assurance readiness. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience assuring or managing testing across multi-supplier and/or complex delivery environments, and experience in defining and implementing test strategies, policies and assurance frameworks. This role aligns with within the capability framework. Duties & Responsibilities Test Strategy, Policy and Framework Ownership - Own, develop, and maintain the Agency's Test Policy, Test Assurance Framework, and associated guidance, templates and artefacts. Define and embed test assurance processes that integrate with existing governance and delivery functions. Provide Assurance & Oversight - Provide independent assurance of supplier and internal testing across all projects and programmes. Review and approve test strategies, plans and reports to ensure adequacy and alignment. Identify and track risks, issues, and non-compliance. Stakeholder Management - Engage and influence key stakeholders across the business, technical and delivery teams to ensure testing and assurance are effectively planned and executed. Build strong relationships with programme managers, delivery leads, suppliers and assurance boards. Continuous Improvement - Champion test and quality maturity across the agency and supplier ecosystem. Capture lessons learned and drive improvements in test assurance capability, tools, and practices. Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and assurance methods. Leadership & Line Management - Line manage, mentor, and develop Test Assurance Analysts. Plan and allocate resources to projects based on risk and priority. Foster a collaborative, supportive team culture focused on risk awareness, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement. Test forecasting for needs and resourcing - Liaise with delivery streams, programmes, towers, and projects to understand upcoming testing needs, resource profiles, and capability requirements. Ensure that shared resources are effectively deployed, developed, and supported to deliver value across multiple initiatives. Create a clear governance model for engagement, prioritisation, and reporting of test resource deployment.

Disaster Recovery and Testing Manager – London We are looking to recruit a Disaster Recovery and Testing Manager for financial services Client. You must have at least 3 to 5 years experience Disaster Recovery. You will need the following: Good understanding of various Software Development Life Cycle Models such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Iterative and V-model Adept in Industry standard best practices in testing aligned with ISTQB and models for test maturity such as TMMi Expertise in Disaster Recovery test planning & execution Understanding of Test Environments Understanding of Configuration and Release Management Processes & Techniques Understanding of Test Data setup and delivery Understanding of Automation Framework & Techniques Understanding of one more databases such as Oracle or SQL will be very useful Understanding of Organisational Dynamics This is a 3 month contract in London. Project Manager with Capital Markets Highly experienced Project Manager with at least 5 to 7 years proven record of working at a senior level as a Project Manager coupled with Capital Markets experience. A candidate who is able to “Think Ahead” and plan accordingly. Previous experience of implementing Data platforms / Solutions.
