Les projets confiés pourront porter, à titre non exhaustif, sur des sujets tels que : • des initiatives de Service Delivery (qualité de service, stabilisation), • des projets de gestion de l’obsolescence (technique ou applicative), • des projets structurants contribuant directement à la stabilité, à la performance et à l’évolution des services IT Plus largement tout projet contribuant à l’amélioration de la fiabilité ,de la performance des services , de transformation ou d’évolution des infrastructures et services IT Vos responsabilités portent notamment les aspects suivants : 1. Pilotage de projet • Cadrer les projets (objectifs, périmètre, planning, charges, risques, dépendances) • Identifier, suivre et arbitrer les risques, alertes et points de blocage , et proposer des arbitrages ou plans d’actions en cas de dérive • Garantir la tenue des engagements projet (planning, budget, qualité) 2. Coordination et gouvernance • Coordonner les équipes techniques internes (Infrastructure, Run, experts) • Piloter les partenaires et fournisseurs impliqués dans les projets • Animer et contribuer aux instances de gouvernance projet et assurer la remontée des points structurants auprès des sponsors et du management IT 3. Reporting & communication • Produire un reporting projet clair, factuel et structuré • Assurer une communication régulière et adaptée aux parties prenantes • Proposer et suivre des plans d’actions correctifs en cas de dérive 4. Amélioration continue • Capitaliser sur les retours d’expérience projets • Contribuer à la professionnalisation des pratiques de pilotage projet et de gouvernance IT Environnements: 3 Data Centers, Cloud Public AZURE, 1 500 sites bureautiques et industriels en France, 1 300 serveurs, 150 Applications 6 000 Postes de travail Windows, et 8 000 smartphones et Tablettes Android.
