Pilotage de projet • Cadrer les projets (objectifs, périmètre, planning, charges, risques, dépendances) • Identifier, suivre et arbitrer les risques, alertes et points de blocage , et proposer des arbitrages ou plans d’actions en cas de dérive • Garantir la tenue des engagements projet (planning, budget, qualité) 2. Coordination et gouvernance • Coordonner les équipes techniques internes (Infrastructure, Run, experts) • Piloter les partenaires et fournisseurs impliqués dans les projets • Animer et contribuer aux instances de gouvernance projet et assurer la remontée des points structurants auprès des sponsors et du management IT 3.
