IT Support Engineer Our Client is an established bank based in Central London. They are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst with at least 5 plus years of 1 and 2 level hands-on expertise of working within IT Support and Infrastructure from a banking environment. The following are list of skills required for the position: · Microsoft Windows (all versions) experience to a high level (troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues by research/using knowledge bases in a confident way). · Active Directory to a high level - security groups, administration/deployment, LDAP, ADSI. · Citrix XenApps – Administration, Maintenance and Support of existing Citrix XenApps server farm · Windows Server Environment 2012/2016 - design, deployment, maintenance and support. · VM-Ware virtualisation environments. · Backups (various and ability to use different applications). · Networking - design/troubleshoot/installation (VLAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP and OSI) · Router maintenance - wireless configuration, installation and setups. · PowerShell to a competent level (backup/azure/EMC). · VPN Administration and Deployment. · DNS – administration of DNS internal and external. Experience of supporting Market Data and Bloomberg would be a great plus. The salary for this position with be circa £40K - £50K. This is a hybrid position and you will be required to be in the office at least 3 days a week. The position will be a 12 month full time contract – FTC initially. Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Projet Infrastructure & Réseau pour accompagner nos clients dans la conception, le déploiement et la mise en production de leurs solutions d'infrastructure. Vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets, depuis les phases de pré-étude et d'avant-vente jusqu'au déploiement opérationnel et à l'entrée en maintenance. À ce titre, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des différentes parties prenantes et assurez la coordination des équipes techniques, métiers et projets. Vos principales responsabilités: Pré-études et avant-vente: Participer aux phases de pré-études et aux activités avant-vente ; Analyser les expressions de besoins des clients et contribuer au cadrage fonctionnel et technique ; Participer à la définition des solutions d'infrastructure adaptées aux besoins ; Contribuer aux études d'architecture et aux études technico-économiques ; Participer aux chiffrages des solutions BUILD & RUN ; Intervenir sur des environnements WAN, LAN, VPN, interconnexion SI et services d'infrastructure ; Prendre en compte les contraintes techniques, opérationnelles et budgétaires ; Construire les plannings prévisionnels et identifier les risques associés aux projets. Pilotage des projets de déploiement: Mettre en place la gouvernance et la comitologie des projets ; Définir et piloter les plannings de déploiement ; Coordonner les différentes équipes techniques et opérationnelles impliquées ; Piloter les changements d'infrastructure et de configuration nécessaires aux déploiements ; Coordonner les activités liées aux services réseau : VPN, interconnexion, routage, filtrage, accès Internet, WAN/LAN, etc. ; Assurer le suivi des opérations de déploiement sur les différents sites ; Piloter les risques, les délais, les coûts et les budgets ; Préparer et animer les comités de pilotage et points d'avancement ; Assurer le reporting auprès des parties prenantes ; Accompagner la transition des projets vers les équipes de maintenance et d'exploitation ; Organiser les retours d'expérience (REX) et contribuer à la capitalisation des bonnes pratiques.
