Contexte de la missionDans le cadre d'un renfort d'équipe et d'un important programme d'automatisation des infrastructures réseau, notre client recherche un NetDevOps Engineer expérimenté. Vous rejoindrez une équipe en charge de la modernisation des infrastructures réseau, de l'accompagnement du move-to-cloud Azure et de la standardisation des architectures réseau à l'échelle EMEA. L'objectif principal est d'accélérer l'automatisation des environnements réseau via des approches Infrastructure as Code (IaC) et DevOps. Vos missionsRéseau & Cloud (50%)Concevoir et déployer des infrastructures réseau en environnement Azure. Participer aux projets de transformation et de migration vers le cloud. Assurer le build et l'évolution des infrastructures LAN, VPN et connectivité opérateurs. Accompagner la migration et le déploiement de solutions Cisco Meraki. Gérer les sujets de routage, notamment BGP. Administrer et faire évoluer les solutions de sécurité réseau : Palo Alto WAF Cloudflare ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access) Participer à la mise en place de solutions DNS, Load Balancing et sécurité réseau. Accompagner les équipes des différents pays dans la standardisation des infrastructures. Automatisation & DevOps (50%)Développer et maintenir des solutions Infrastructure as Code. Automatiser les déploiements et configurations réseau. Développer et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD. Industrialiser les processus d'exploitation réseau. Automatiser les environnements Cloudflare et Azure à l'aide de Terraform. Utiliser Ansible pour l'automatisation et le provisioning des infrastructures. Vos missions Prendre en charge les demandes et incidents utilisateurs de niveau 1 et 2. Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents liés aux postes de travail, périphériques, logiciels et accès. Installer, préparer et configurer les postes de travail et équipements utilisateurs. Assurer le support sur les environnements Windows et les outils Microsoft 365. Gérer les comptes utilisateurs, droits d'accès et opérations courantes dans Active Directory ou Entra ID. Participer au déploiement de postes, logiciels, mises à jour et correctifs. Intervenir sur les incidents liés aux périphériques, à la mobilité, au Wi-Fi et aux VPN. Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des outils et bonnes pratiques IT. Escalader les incidents complexes vers les équipes systèmes, réseaux, sécurité ou applicatives. Assurer le suivi des tickets jusqu'à leur résolution et maintenir une communication claire avec les utilisateurs. Participer à la gestion du parc informatique, des stocks, des inventaires et aux opérations d'onboarding/offboarding. Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures, modes opératoires et bases de connaissances.
