Il s'agit d'un rôle technique et opérationnel, adapté à un profil ayant une solide expérience en infrastructure Windows, Citrix VDI, connectivité réseau, contrôles de sécurité et composants de sécurité Azure. Le consultant retenu travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les architectes, les équipes infrastructure, les équipes sécurité et les utilisateurs finaux afin de traduire des solutions définies par l'architecture en environnements infrastructure stables, sécurisés et fiables sur le plan opérationnel. Responsabilités principalesDéployer, configurer et maintenir des environnements infrastructure Windows, incluant les serveurs, les postes de travail et les plateformes VDI. Assurer le support et le dépannage des composants réseau tels que la connectivité, le routage, le DNS et les flux d'accès. Configurer et supporter les composants de sécurité, notamment les firewalls, les solutions proxy et les Network Security Groups Azure. Maintenir et améliorer les environnements VDI basés sur Citrix. Gérer les accès utilisateurs, les sessions, les problèmes de performance et la disponibilité au sein des plateformes VDI. Garantir la bonne intégration des environnements VDI avec l'infrastructure d'entreprise plus large. Traduire les lignes directrices d'architecture en solutions infrastructure sécurisées, supportables et opérationnelles. Mettre en œuvre des changements infrastructure liés aux exigences de sécurité. Contribuer au renforcement des contrôles d'accès, à la segmentation réseau, au filtrage, aux restrictions endpoint et aux ajustements de privilèges. Agir comme point de liaison entre les équipes techniques, les architectes, les parties prenantes sécurité et les utilisateurs finaux. Veiller à ce que les changements infrastructure restent alignés avec les politiques de sécurité et les standards opérationnels de l'entreprise. Expérience requiseExpérience confirmée en tant qu'Ingénieur Infrastructure, Technical Lead ou rôle similaire dans un environnement d'entreprise complexe. Solide expérience pratique avec Windows Server et l'infrastructure endpoint Windows. Bonne connaissance des environnements Citrix VDI, incluant le support, le dépannage, la performance et la gestion des accès utilisateurs. Expérience en dépannage réseau, routage, DNS, flux de connectivité et dépendances infrastructure. Expérience pratique avec les firewalls, les solutions proxy et les contrôles de sécurité endpoint. Bonne connaissance des services cloud Azure, en particulier les Network Security Groups et les politiques de sécurité. Coming from an IT support function is a bonus Data Analysis and Management  Maintain and develop SSIS packages  Perform ad-hoc data extraction and analytics based on requirements from business  Develop data visualization for business  Work with business to enhance the data available to the data warehouse  Assist in testing reporting solutions developed by external vendors  Support and maintain the generation of internal MI reports  Support and advise the business on data related matters and automation possibilities  Any other responsibilities / tasks as assigned by the Head of IT from time to time Business Performance  Support the department's operations as and when needed and any other tasks assigned by the business stakeholders.  Work with the Managers to ensure the business is in compliant with applicable rules and regulations that falls within the department's remit.  Work with the business to ensure timely submission of relevant department's reports  To adhere and follow all applicable Bank/Group policies and procedures. Data accuracy and ownership duties  To ensure all data worked on and or/shared with internal/external clients are accurate.  Escalate any data issues to the business promptly and without delays.  Ensuring any data sharing requests are discussed with business/DPO so that prior authorization is given and follows GDPR / department's SOPs. Regulatory Compliance duties Comply with all applicable individual conduct rules (especially the FCA Conduct Rules, Regulations, Bank policies and procedures and the banking Compliance. Technical/Functional skills - Knowledge in SQL query is essential - Working experience in administration and development with SQL (experience with SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Service is preferred) - Experience in working with data visualization tools such as Power BI - Experience in working with scripting language such as VBA and Python - Experience working with Power Automate is a plus - Required understanding of the business and business units Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership]) - Personal integrity and ethics - Good judgment in enabling the provision of sound advice on regulation and practice, proactive management of compliance and regulatory risk You will have at least 7 to 10 years' relevant experience working in the data field, preferably in an established bank or financial institution. Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma) Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Degrees in Statistics, Information Systems, or similar) This is an exciting position within a bank with interesting projects based in Central London.
