IT Infrastructure Support Analyst Our Client a bank based in Central London is looking to recruit a young super talented individual as an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst. You will have at least to 5 years hands-on experience within IT Infrastructure ideally from the Banking or Financial arena. Must have in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting experience with Windows, Office365 and ideally Banking applications and conferencing applications. You will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure for the Branch and to provide IT support to staff. To assist in the response to service outages and other IT related problems as well as maintenance and upkeep of for security of the systems in place.
