Vos Responsabilités : - Définir et mettre en oeuvre les plans IVVQ : spécifications, scénarios d'essais, protocoles de test et critères d'acceptation ; - Piloter l'intégration système : validation de l'interopérabilité entre les différents modules (hardware, software, firmware, RF, analogique) ; - Réaliser et superviser les essais fonctionnels, environnementaux et normatifs en laboratoire (oscilloscopes, analyseurs logiques, RF, bancs automatisés) ; - Appliquer des méthodes de vérification et validation (revues de conception, analyses FMEA, tests de robustesse, conformité CEM et sécurité électrique) ; - Rédiger la documentation IVVQ : cahiers de tests, rapports de validation, analyses de conformité réglementaire et recommandations d'amélioration, dossier de justification ; - Assurer le suivi de la qualification auprès des organismes certifiants (IEC, CE, ISO26262, DO254, etc.) ; - Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes hardware, RF, analogiques, software et MCO pour garantir la réussite des essais et des livrables ;

Our client requires a Procurement Services Consultant to support one of their retail sector customers on contract until 31/01/2027. START: ASAP DURATION: 31/01/2027 RATE: €250 LOCATION: NETHERLANDS (REMOTE) In this role you will independently manage and contribute to the delivery of defined client engagements, acting as a trusted advisor for clients and an escalation point for internal teams. You will be accountable for agreed outcomes, service quality, client satisfaction and continuous improvement. You combine strong customer-facing consulting skills with solid IT and software licensing knowledge, commercial awareness and the ability to translate client requirements into practical service improvements. Responsibilities of your role include: * Responsible for the high-quality delivery, governance and continuous improvement of assigned Procurement Services and Software Asset Management activities. Activities and responsibilities may include: * Act as a primary consultant and trusted advisor for assigned clients, building strong working relationships and understanding their business priorities, procurement processes and software lifecycle requirements * Provide advanced advice and guidance for client licensing, administration, purchasing and procurement questions, using service management portals, email, telephone and client meetings as appropriate * Coordinate and oversee service desk workflow, including ticket allocation, prioritisation, quality control, escalation management and timely resolution in line with agreed service levels * Monitor service performance against agreed Service Levels, identify risks or trends, and proactively initiate corrective actions or service improvement activities * Managing multiple concurrent tasks: tracking progress against deadlines and expectations, working with your colleagues to understand anomalies, overcome conflicts or issues * Lead regular client service reviews, prepare status updates, explain operational performance and recommend practical improvements to enhance service delivery and client value * Administering new order requests on the client's behalf, ensuring a smooth, accurate and timely process * Taking care of the software delivery, from purchase to registration and implementation, reducing cycle times, increasing visibility and user satisfaction * Assist the client's procurement departments in the management of contracts * Keep track of maintenance and support renewals and ensure these are managed and processed prior to their expiration date * Functional management of Software Asset Management tooling * Identify, validate and present cost saving, cost avoidance and optimisation opportunities related to renewals, software license purchases, contracts and services * Deliver projects or workstreams as a consultant, taking ownership of defined deliverables, timelines, stakeholder communication, risks and quality assurance * Build and maintain strong relationships with SLS Consultants, Local Account Sales Teams, vendors and client stakeholders, supporting collaboration across commercial, operational and technical teams * Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge, reviewing work, supporting onboarding activities and contributing to a culture of service excellence * Contribute to and, where appropriate, lead activities relating to standard operating procedures, process documentation, training material, knowledge sharing and team meetings * Take a proactive approach to learning, service innovation and the further development of Insight's Procurement Services capability LA International is an award-winning partner of choice for many of the world's most influential companies and government organisations. Desktop Support Analyst – Bank in the City London Our Client is an International Bank with its European Head Office based int eh City London. They are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Analyst with at least 5 to 8 years proven expertise within Desktop Support. The Support team operate a rota to cover the core hours from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. You will be working as a part of the Service Support Team and as such providing Desktop Support to around 130 users across several countries in Europe with the bulk in the City London. This position will require you to have experience in hardware builds for both PC's and Servers along with software installations and upgrades. It will also include login permissions along with training users in the use of software. The focus of the role will be to take control of all issues and problems raised by users and ensure that they are clearly documented and followed up with the appropriate action to resolve them within the Support Team. The Client uses Cisco and Microsoft platforms so you need to have experience of both Cisco and Microsoft software. In terms of the types of software the Client uses – the following is a list of the various software and tools that they would like you to have experience of: -In-depth knowledge of CISCO including firewalls, switches and routing protocols -In-depth knowledge of supporting a data-centre and branch inter-connectivity -Strong technical skills are essential -Experience of CISCO multi-layer switches and routers, including 6500s -CISCO certification, ideally CCNP -CISCO CSM -VLAN segregation -McAfee HIPS, Trend Micro -Centralised authentication service (AAA) -SafeNet Ethernet Encryptor -RADIUS / RSA -Security certification (advantageous) You will also need to an understanding of the following technologies: VLAN segregation.
