Arbitrer les choix techniques en tenant compte des enjeux de performance, de sécurité, de résilience et d’exploitabilité. Définir les standards d’architecture, d’Infrastructure as Code et d’automatisation. Animer les revues d’architecture, de code et de code Infrastructure as Code. Accompagner et faire monter en compétence les ingénieurs de l’équipe. Garantir la cohérence technique entre les équipes Infrastructure, Réseau, Développement, DevOps et Ingénierie. Industrialisation des déploiements Industrialiser et fiabiliser les déploiements de l’infrastructure et des services. Standardiser les pratiques autour de Terraform, Ansible et Packer. Structurer l’orchestration des déploiements avec Nomad et Consul. Concevoir et faire évoluer les pipelines GitLab CI/CD. Définir des patterns de déploiement reproductibles, automatisés, auditables et documentés. Réduire les opérations manuelles et améliorer la fiabilité des mises en production. Sécuriser la gestion des configurations, des versions et des secrets. Développement des services managés internes Concevoir et faire évoluer un catalogue de services managés à destination des équipes internes. Industrialiser le provisioning de services tels que PostgreSQL, MariaDB, OpenSearch, RabbitMQ ou Redis. Mettre en place une expérience self-service simple, fiable et documentée. Définir le cycle de vie des services : création, configuration, supervision, sauvegarde, mise à jour et décommissionnement. Recueillir les besoins des utilisateurs et les traduire en services techniques industrialisés. Définir les niveaux de service, les capacités, les règles de sécurité et les modalités d’exploitation. Garantir la maintenabilité et l’observabilité des services mis à disposition. Ingénierie et exploitation Architecturer et exploiter une infrastructure combinant OpenStack, Ceph, SDN et firewalls. Réaliser l’ingénierie nécessaire à l’hébergement de services techniques et télécoms. Participer au maintien en condition opérationnelle et de sécurité de la plateforme. Superviser les composants matériels, systèmes, réseaux et logiciels. Analyser les incidents complexes et coordonner les actions de résolution. Animer les retours d’expérience et définir les plans d’amélioration associés. Contribuer à l’amélioration de la disponibilité, des performances et de la résilience de la plateforme. Participer ponctuellement aux opérations réalisées dans les datacenters franciliens.
