Cela s’inscrit dans un projet plus global d’ informatisation et modernisation des bâtiments (salles de réunion connectées, équipements audiovisuels, suivi de l’activité). 👉 Mission La personne devra : Assurer le support des outils de visioconférence (Teams, Skype, Teams Room, etc.) Maintenir les solutions en conditions opérationnelles (surveillance, corrections, mises à jour) Administrer les équipements et solutions (MTR, Samsung, salles BYOD…) Rédiger de la documentation (besoins, dossiers techniques, supports projet) Créer des tableaux de bord pour le suivi de l’activité Piloter techniquement des projets liés à la visio et aux salles de réunion

Pour le compte de l' un de nos clients dans le domaine assuranciel, nous recherchons un Ingénieur communication unifiée (Office 365, Teams, Skype, visio) Vos principales missions seront: - le support Teams et Skype - le maintien en condition opérationnelle de visioconférence - l'administration des solutions MTR, Samsung, ... - la rédaction de livrables (expression de besoin, dossier technique, présentation projet...) - l' établissement de tableaux de bord - le pilotage d'activité et de projet technique

Key Responsibilities: * Provide Level 1/2/3 support (based on role level) for Skype for Business, including user provisioning, troubleshooting, call quality issues, and configuration. * Monitor Skype for Business services and infrastructure using monitoring tools (SCOM, SDN, etc.). * Respond to incidents and service requests via ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). * Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot latency, connectivity, or VoIP issues. * Manage and support integration with Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Outlook, and Active Directory. * Maintain and update Skype system configurations, user policies, conferencing settings, and voice gateways. * Provide end-user support for Skype features (IM, presence, meetings, conferencing, and voice). * Participate in upgrade and patch management cycles for Skype servers and clients. * Document resolutions, procedures, and configurations in the knowledge base. * Provide on-call or after-hours support as required Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
